Saint Faustina Kowalska is one of the most fascinating mystics of recent centuries. Jesus Himself entrusted her with the immense mission of spreading devotion to His Divine Mercy throughout the world. For “ mankind will not attain peace until it turns with trust to my mercy” (Diary 300) . She herself did not know if she could accomplish such an immense task.
